Ye Olde Rice Pudding

We demonstrate just how creamy your rice pudding can be when making it with Delamere Dairy’s sterilised cows’ milk!

How to make it...

  1. Lightly butter a baking dish and pre heat the oven to 150 ° C.
  2. Mix the rice, sultanas and sugar in a bowl and pour on the milk. Stir well and pour carefully into baking dish. Grate nutmeg over the top and cover with foil, shiny side on the inside.
  3. Bake in the oven for at least 1 hour at 150-160 ° C/Gas 3-4. Remove the foil for the last 10-15 minutes if you want to glaze the pudding.
