Ye Olde Rice Pudding
We demonstrate just how creamy your rice pudding can be when making it with Delamere Dairy’s sterilised cows’ milk!

What you'll need
- 600ml Delamere Dairy sterilised whole cows’ milk
- 110g short grain rice
- 40g granulated sugar
- 1 pinch grated nutmeg
- 40g sultanas
How to make it...
- Lightly butter a baking dish and pre heat the oven to 150 ° C.
- Mix the rice, sultanas and sugar in a bowl and pour on the milk. Stir well and pour carefully into baking dish. Grate nutmeg over the top and cover with foil, shiny side on the inside.
- Bake in the oven for at least 1 hour at 150-160 ° C/Gas 3-4. Remove the foil for the last 10-15 minutes if you want to glaze the pudding.
