Blueberry and Banana Goats' Milk Smoothie

GB athelete Charlene Thomas shared one of her favourite smoothie recipes with us recently. Created by Charlene's nutrtitionist it uses delamere dairy goats' milk and can be whizzed up in no time!

Servings: 1 Prep Time: 5 mins

What you'll need

  • 1/2 Medium banana
  • 15 Blueberries
  • 250ml Delamere Dairy goats' milk
  • 1/2 Thumnail size fresh ginger
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 1/2 Kiwi fruit, flesh and seeds

How to make it...

Simply put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, pour into a glass and drink immediately.
