Green Monster Smoothie

All the taste without the waist! Perfect pre or post workout, this smoothie is low fat and nutrient rich!
N.B. You'll need to freeze a banana before you start this recipe - preferably the night before.

Servings: 1 Prep Time: 10 mins

What you'll need

  • 1 Banana (peeled and frozen)
  • 250g baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 180ml Slimmer Skimmed milk
  • 350ml Fat Free greek yogurt

How to make it...

  1. Simply put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, pour into a glass and drink immediately.
