Christmas Biscuits

These festive biscuits are perfect to keep little ones busy. Just a few ingredients and a Christmas shaped cutter and you’re all set!


What you'll need

125g Delamere Dairy Goats’ Butter

125g Golden Caster Sugar

1 egg

250g plain flour

1 tsp Vanilla

How to make it...

  1. Cream the goats’ butter with 125g golden caster sugar
  2. Beat in the egg and vanilla.
  3. Stir in the plain flour.
  4. Knead gently, cover and pop in the fridge for a couple of hours.
  5. Roll out and cut into your favourite festive shapes. Put in the oven on gas mark 4 for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Decorate.
