Farmhouse Mild Goats’ Cheese

This young, mild and creamy goats’ cheese is a hard cheese, similar to cheddar in texture, matured for around three months. A good choice if you’re new to goats’ cheeses. It can be served simply on its own on a cheeseboard, or as you would use any hard cheese, in sandwiches or in baking.

All Delamere Dairy products are made with pasteurised milk.
