Over 3 years ago my husband started suffering badly with migraines. Prescription medication did nothing, but fortunately we discovered a lovely lady who does complementary therapy and it was through this my husband found out that he had a lactose intolerance to dairy products and was recommended to try goat's products instead.
Since my husband's diagnosis he has not looked back and even his digestive problems have gone. We buy fresh and UHT milk, cheese and butter - all goats. We also discovered when making white or cheese sauce, the UHT milk makes the sauce so much creamier. The same with homemade rice pudding - it's ever so creamy, yummy!
We actively recommend others to make the switch to goats' produce, as more colleagues/friends/family have complained of digestive disorders. We've informed them that there are lots of people who are lactose intolerance to cows' milk without realising it.
Good work and not forgetting the lovely goats that make it possible for everyone to have a better quality of wellbeing.
