“I tried it and found my condition improved”

I am Russell Chatterton, I am 70 years old and live in Ealing, West London. I have my milk delivered through a milkman from Harpenden Dairies.

I was suffering from some stomach issues, so a friend of mine, who has goats’ milk, suggested I try it. So I tried it and found my condition improved. I find goats’ milk less fatty and more gentle on the stomach than cows’ milk. I must confess, I only use goats’ milk and none of the other products.

I am also told that as a child I had a bilious stomach and was given only goats’ milk. We even apparently had our own goat.
