I have drunk cow's milk all my life. I recently developed a rash on various parts of my body, I went to the doctor and he confirmed that it is psoriasis. I decided to cut out certain foods from my diet such as chocolate (which irritates the psoriasis) and try a different type of milk. I love my cereal every morning and I have two cups of either tea or coffee a day. There was no way that I was going to stop eating cereal or cut out tea and coffee, so I invested in goats' milk.
I must admit that I tried the St Helen's farm one first and then Tesco's own brand and they were ok. I then tried the Delamere fresh goats milk semi-skimmed and I really enjoyed the taste. I will stick to it now. I buy it from Asdas and I am keen to try the yoghurt and cheese also. Thank you for making a wonderful tasting alternative to cow's milk.
