Covid 19 – Updates
We know that many of our customers rely on our products for health reasons. We also know that there has been exceptionally high demand for our products over the last few weeks and that you may have questions about the availability of our milk, butter, cheese and yogurts.
We are working closely with our farmers, production sites and office staff to keep up with record levels of demand, whilst also keeping our colleagues safe. We are currently producing and supplying above and beyond normal product levels to maintain availability on the supermarket shelves.
All of the milk produced by our farmers is being collected, as usual, and where possible we are supporting other farmers as well.
We would ask that you only buy what you need for the week, so that we can work together to avoid empty shelves. However, if you are struggling to get to the shops, you can freeze our fresh milks, block butter and some cheeses.
We recommend you:
- Freeze within the ‘Use By’ or ‘Best Before’ date.
- Defrost frozen products in the fridge.
- Do not freeze yogurt or hard cheeses.
We know that many of you are passionate about finding your favourite products. We really appreciate the patience everyone is showing in these exceptional circumstances. If you have any questions about our products or stockists, please contact email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
