This tempting new addition to the Delamere Dairy range is a mild, creamy goats’ cheese matured for 3-4 months.
Its gentle, more subtle flavour makes it the perfect introduction to goats’ cheese and the ideal alternative to cows’ cheese in everything from a cheese and pickle sandwich to an essential ingredient in savoury scones, quiches…in fact all your favourite cheese dishes.
All Delamere Dairy products are made using pasteurised goats’ milk.
