This smooth and tasty goats’ cheese is matured for 4-7 months to give it a more  pronounced flavour.

Just like the mild cheese it can be used everywhere you would use cows’ Cheddar…in sauces or to make a mouthwateringly good cheese on toast.

All Delamere Dairy products are made using pasteurised goats’ milk.
