Unmistakeably tasty, this award-winning cheese has a distinctively full and nutty flavour. Traditionally hand-made in 14kg cloth-bound wheels, it’s matured for 9-12 months before being cut into smaller wedges for you to devour.

But don’t just take our word for how good it is. At the prestigious Nantwich International Cheese Show it beat of stiff competition from 2500 other cheese from around the world to win the coveted award as ‘Best Territorial Cheese’.
 
You can use it as a recipe ingredient to replace any hard cheese. But to really enjoy its fabulous flavours, pop it on a cheeseboard with a handful of grapes and your favourite biscuits.

All Delamere Dairy products are made using pasteurised
goats’ milk.
