I am 27 and have had Asthma from as early as I can remember, it is managed, but with the occasional attack every so often and a couple of hospital visits usually in the winter time. I changed to goats' milk when I read that it could help, I must admit I was a bit skeptical but thought it was worth a try.
After a couple of weeks I definitely noticed a difference. But because I was a bit skeptical about goats milk helping my Asthma, I changed back to cows milk to see what happened. Sure enough a week later I was talking to a work colleague and noticed that I was wheezing. since then I haven't looked back, my asthma attacks have cut right down and have significantly less now. I have been drinking Goats milk for the past 2 years now and wouldn't consider changing.
