I started drinking goats' milk when I was diagnosed with MS

I have MS. When I was first diagnosed I decided to be as proactive as I could manage to be, part of the program I tried to follow was the 'best bet diet' which involves avoiding Dairy products, at first I tried rice milk, it was certainly better than soya milk but will curdle in hot drinks and not so good for cooking.

I soon realised that goats' products were not 'dairy' and just love your milk. I can use it just as cows milk, my husband and children don't notice unless they see me using your carton. The butter and cheese is available this means I no longer need to use any cow products.
