After a family holiday in Cornwall in which I was sick or nauseous every day I realised that some food was upsetting me. Eventually I realised that milk was the problem, but since I was a young child I have always loved cereal and did not want to stop having it as a result of this newly discovered intolerance.
I read on the Internet that goats milk is far easier to digest than cows milk and decided to give it a go. Initially I found the taste strange but quickly got used to it and now if I ever do have a tiny bit of cows milk I find that really odd! What's more is that since I started goats milk I have been feeling much healthier and can still have my beloved cereal.
