As an elite cyclist I find in the Spring races when trying hard and breathing the cool air deeply, I would cough up phlegm during and after racing.
After talking to another cyclist on a training ride he recommended goats milk as a natural alternative to cow's milk.
After using it for a week won my last race on Sunday and find my airways clearer in the morning too.
Great taste too better then cow's milk any day.
