I have MS. When I was first diagnosed I decided to be as proactive as I could manage to be, part of the program I tried to follow was the 'best bet diet' which involves avoiding Dairy products, at first I tried rice milk, it was certainly better than soya milk but will curdle in hot drinks and not so good for cooking.

My plan was to ease it in to her diet but when i first gave it to her she drank the whole lot in one go, so I cut our cows milk straight away. Within two weeks her eczema had completely gone and i have only used her inhaler a couple of times since when she has had a very bad cough. It seems like a very drastic turn around but on the odd occasion i have run out of goats milk and try cows milk again her eczema returns after two days.
