Although little scientific research exists to confirm these claims, there are a number of key differences between goats' milk and cows' milk that may help to explain their existence and offer possible benefits for people with specific nutritional or health needs.
I have MS. When I was first diagnosed I decided to be as proactive as I could manage to be, part of the program I tried to follow was the 'best bet diet' which involves avoiding Dairy products, at first I tried rice milk, it was certainly better than soya milk but will curdle in hot drinks and not so good for cooking.
I have now been giving him goats milk, and within a couple of days his eczema has nearly cleared up and he hasn't suffered with constipation, and no more runny noses thanks to the goats milk.
A cute goat to print off and colour in to keep the kids busy.

I tried to give him cows milk but he just would not drink it, until one day I saw goats milk and thought I'd give it a try. Well he just loved it and has been drinking it ever since and amazingly I have noticed an improvement in his eczema.
My plan was to ease it in to her diet but when i first gave it to her she drank the whole lot in one go, so I cut our cows milk straight away. Within two weeks her eczema had completely gone and i have only used her inhaler a couple of times since when she has had a very bad cough. It seems like a very drastic turn around but on the odd occasion i have run out of goats milk and try cows milk again her eczema returns after two days.
